How to buy through our e-shop?

Registration

• At first you need to register by us – click at the word registration, placed in the upper side of the website next to the Sketch logo under the registration windows for name and password entry.
• Then please fill the registration table and confirm it.
• You will receive an information about registartion at your e-mail with the generated activation code.Please activate your account accourding to the instruction in the e-mail.

Advertising articles

Please click at the text „advertising articles“ placed in upper side of the website to show the articles choose. 

Goods insert into shopping basket

            You can show the from you searched article either directly by listing in categories (left menu), through the fulltext searching or through searching according to criterias like price, colour, material, etc (tips how to search right and fast you can find under the icon „How to search right“). 

By the each good there is pictured a red shopping basket on the right side

1. If you choose a product, which is offered in more colours; each colour has its own unique code mentioned in the table under the product. Please choose the code from the kombox placed next to the picture of the shopping basket
2. Click at the basket if you want to add the chosen product into your shopping basket – product choose, which you would like to order

Shopping basket content

• To picture your choose of presents please click at the picture of red shopping basket placed at upper side of the website.

• The shopping basket containts one piece from each of the chosen presents. Please rewrite the number of pieces – number in square for each product according to your need.
• Afterwards please click at the red oblong with the text „Recalculate“.

Delivery, Payment

To continue please click at the oblong with the text „Continue“ placed right below. 

There will be pictured your delivery address, where the orderd goods will be deliverd. If your invoice address varies from the delivery address, e.g. your corporate varies from the delivery place or you have branches in another town as your corporate is, please fill also the table for „Invoice address“.

 „Delivery conditions“ – please select from the below mentiones possibilities and confirm one of them with a click

• Personally the goods will be prepared the following work day after the order confirmation for your personal removal at our operation
• Courier the goods will be deliverd the following work day after the order confirmation by the courier service
• COD the goods is deliverd with 4 work days after the order confirmation by the Slovak Post, type PRIORITY and GENERAL. If the mail carrier will not catch you at the mentioned address, the parcel will be saved 14 days at your delivery post and the information you will receive at your letter box. 
  

„Payment conditions“ – please choose one of the following possibilities and choose one with the click.

• Cash you pay for the goods during its take-over. In Bratislava we will deliver the goods free or you can pick it up personally in our company.
• COD you pay during the pick up to the courier or mail. 
• Bank after the order confirmation we will send you an electronic invoice pre email. There you will find our bank account and variable symbol. New customers pay proforma invoices for the first 3 deliveries. After the payment receive we will agree the delivery conditions. You can pick up the goods personally in our company or we will send you the goods and we will inform you about the delivery term. The stable customers pay in the maturity term.

Firm order

It is a summary to the enetered order. For firm order it is necessary to read and agree with our General and Delivery conditions. If you agree with them, please check the square „I agree with the General and Delivery conditions“ . .

With the click at the oblong wit text „To confirm the order firmly“ you have succesfully finished the order process - congratulations :@)

The copy of your order is immediately send at your registration e-mail.

At latest within the next work day the from you chosen dealer will contact you and you will receive an information about the availability of the from you orderd goods.
